Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preventative maintenance programs to support the HVAC and Refrigeration including but not limited to: RTUs, split systems, commercial exhaust fans, MUA systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, self-contained refrigeration and freezers.
  • Responsible for repairs for HVAC equipment and refrigeration pieces including, but not limited to: RTUs, split systems, commercial exhaust fans, MUA systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, self-contained refrigeration and freezers.
  • Coordination of large installs or repairs of HVAC and refrigeration equipment in both renovations and new construction.
  • Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.
  • Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.
  • Performs regular property inspections.
  • Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
  • Available on a 24-hour basis in order to address building emergencies.
  • Reports to Facilities Director and other members of the Director team.
