member Tiers & Status

The Hogsalt Rewards program runs on a “program year” from November 1st to October 31st. Members achieving tiers during the current program year (November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026) will retain that status through October 31, 2027.
Your annual spend tracking resets to $0 each November 1st, and your earned tier status will be valid for a full 12 months from that reset date. -
If membership payment lapses, your membership will maintain its current tier for 60 days. You may continue to use your earned Reward Dollars, but will not accrue points while inactive.
After 60 days of no renewal of membership, you will lose your existing tier status.

Premier Memberships will be offered as a premium tier of the Hogsalt Rewards app, providing Members with priority access to reservations and personalized services.

Membership

The new Hogsalt Rewards program requires a $25 annual membership fee. You will receive $25 Rewards Dollars with your payment, earn points on every transaction toward earned Reward Dollars, and receive a promotional Birthday Reward.
Birthday Rewards and points are earned at the rate associated with your membership status tier. -
Legacy members who have registered within the last year will be charged $25 annually on their day of initial signup, and receive $25 Rewards Dollars in their account.
Users registered for over a year will be notified of the new annual fee upon launch, and receive a 30 day grace period after creating their new app account to update payment. Payment will be processed at the end of the 30 day period, at which time the user will also receive $25 Reward Dollars in their account. -
Points earned in the old app will convert to Rewards points in the new app at their previous value ($0.10 per point), to the nearest $10 Reward. The remaining balance we be available as points.
Points earned on transactions after downloading the new app will be accrued toward Reward Dollars at the current rate.
Important: for points to successfully transfer, the new account must be created using the phone # tied to your prior account. -
Your account will be considered inactive if payment information is not up to date or payment of the $25 annual fee is declined.
Update your payment information in the Account section of the app to restore your active status. -
Yes, you may use earned Reward Dollars without an active Hogsalt Rewards membership. You will not earn any additional points until re-activating your membership by paying the $25 annual fee.

No. Membership is not transferable. The Hogsalt Reward member must be present in-restaurant to receive points and/or to earn points and credit card payment must match the name on Hogsalt rewards account.
Violation of this policy may result in your membership being terminated. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions. -
Users will receive $25 Reward Dollars in their account after payment of their membership fee is processed.
New users will have payment processed upon entering their credit card, and receive $25 Reward Dollars in their account.
Legacy users who have registered within 1 year will be charged on the date of their original sign-up, at which time they will receive $25 Rewards Dollars.
Legacy users who have registered over 1 year ago will have payment processed 30 days after creating their account, at which time they will receive $25 Rewards Dollars.
REWARD DOLLARS & POINTS

Points are earned for every $1 spent on food and beverage at participating restaurants, at the rate associated with your account. Points are not earned on tax and gratuity.

$10 Reward Dollars are automatically added to your account when you accumulate 150 points.

Reward Dollars can be used for food and beverage purchases at participating restaurants, and are not valid on tax and gratuity.
At checkout, circle “Redeem Rewards - Yes”. All available rewards will be automatically applied to your check. Should you have a remaining balance after rewards are applied, the server will present you with a check to pay the difference

No, earned Reward Dollars do not expire.

After one year of no accrual or redemption, any earned points are removed from your account.

Yes, Birthday Rewards expire 60 days from when they are issued. Earned Reward Dollars do not expire.

Yes, Birthday Rewards can be used in conjunction with earned Reward Dollars. When redeeming rewards in-restaurant, Birthday Rewards will be applied to your bill before earned Reward Dollars.

Yes. If you do not have enough Reward Dollars to cover an entire bill, you may utilize all your Reward Dollars then pay the balance.

You may only earn points on the portion of the bill you have paid for with a credit card matching the name on your Rewards account.

No. You may choose to redeem OR accrue points on each check. You may not accrue points on a check where Reward Dollars have been redeemed for partial payment.

Yes. Hogsalt Rewards have no blackout periods. You may choose to earn points or redeem Rewards Dollars on any date.

You may earn points when purchasing Hogsalt gift cards in-restaurant. You may not earn points on gift cards purchases made online, or on purchases where a Hogsalt gift card is used for payment.
Rewards Dollars cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

No, you may not earn points or redeem Rewards Dollars on any transaction utilizing a Hogsalt gift card.

No, you may not earn points or redeem reward dollars for contracted events or catering.

No, you may not earn points or redeem reward dollars for online takeout or delivery orders. Hogsalt rewards may only be used for takeout ordered and paid for within a participating restaurant.

Hogsalt Rewards program may not be used to earn points or redeem rewards at Aster Hall Chicago, Bavette’s Las Vegas, La Renommée or Small Cheval locations.

Yes. You may submit a request via the Contact Us in-app to request points be applied to your last transaction. Visit must be within 14 days of the request and credit card used on the transaction must match the name on Hogsalt Rewards account.

No, you may not earn points or redeem Rewards Dollars when paying using the Sunday QR code.

No, only purchases made since the program launched on 11/15/25 count toward your annual spend.
PREMIER MEMBERSHIPS

Premier Memberships will be offered as a premium tier of the Hogsalt Rewards app, providing members with personalized concierge services including early access to reservations and dedicated member tables

The cost of Premier Membership is an initiation fee and monthly dues.
The initiation payment for Reserve Members is expected to start at $600 for early registrants. Reserve Members will enjoy reservation assistance at Chicago locations only and will pay $300 monthly dues.
The initiation payment for Global Members is expected to start at $1200 for early registrants. Global Members will enjoy reservation assistance at Chicago, NYC, Las Vegas, Paris, and Miami* locations and will pay $600 monthly dues. (*Miami under development) -
While there is no official launch date, guests should pre-register for updates to demonstrate their interest, as there will be a limit on the number of memberships that we offer.

Guests may pre-register to be first notified when Premier Memberships go live, before Membership sales are open to the public.
If a guest chooses to move forward with the membership, the $100 pre-registration payment will be applied towards their joining payment. If the guest chooses not to enroll in the program, we will fully refund the $100.

The Premier Membership will be capped at a limited number of guests. We hope to be able to offer Premier Memberships to everyone who pre-registers, but membership will be subject to availability. We will track the order of pre-registrants. Additionally, we expect to raise the Initiation Fee over time.

Yes, the $100 pre-registration payment is fully refundable. You may request a refund on the Account page in your app.

We will make a determination after we further assess our capacity. We expect to offer a limited number of Premier Memberships.

Premier Members are offered a 28 day booking window at participating restaurants. La Renommée reservations can be made 40 days in advance.

While Premier Members receive priority access to reservations and personalized services to make reservations, we cannot guarantee availability of reservations.

Premier Members will be able to make unlimited reservation requests for themselves.

Premier Members will be able to submit reservation requests for up to 4 guests.

Your Hogsalt Reward status will continue to be reflected by your annual spend. Premier Members will earn points at the regular rate associated with your account.

Premier Membership holders must be present at their reservation.

Premier Members will have access to our exclusive reservation request tool within the Hogsalt Rewards app.

No, reservation assistance will only be available at locations that currently accept reservations.

Hogsalt Rewards app is not accepted at La Renommee or Bavette’s Steakhouse Las Vegas, Global Members may request reservations at these locations.

No, the Hogsalt Rewards app is not accepted at Aster Hall and reservation assistance is not available.

No, booking and change fees do not apply to Premier Members.

Yes! Reserve Members will have access to reservation assistance for any future Chicago locations. Global Members will have access to reservation assistance to locations in existing and future markets.

Hogsalt Reward points may only be earned on food & beverage purchases at participating locations and will not be accrued on the Premier Membership invitation fee or monthly dues. In addition, you may not use Reward Dollars for these payments.

While the initiation fee is not refundable, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Yes! All guests are welcome to make reservations using Resy or SevenRooms.
